A cross-brand shopping experience

Working with Prolific, Gap shipped a native iOS MVP that allowed users to shop all four of their brands. They kept us on as their mobile team, and I joined as a dedicated designer, working on improving the core experience.
My role
I helped create the post-launch roadmap based on Apptentive feedback and weekly user interviews. I handled user testing and UX design for three new features: Alerts, loading states, and the rewards hub for Gap cardholders.
