Sephora wanted to test if personalized, educational content drove traffic to their newest and smallest department, haircare. We worked with their innovation and hair teams to create Pocket Hairstylist, a microsite that helps clients achieve hairstyles for their particular hair type.
I co-owned design and research with another designer. I also acted as the project manager during the implementation phase, coordinating with our engineer and Sephora's team to get the project over the finish line.
